Phyllis:
I was so sorry to hear about your mother. I am sorry I have not taken time to speak with you more and have lunch when I have been at corporate. If I had done that maybe I would have know your mother was having serious health problems.
I remember meeting her when we met in Las Vegas. She was so happy to be there.
I was hoping someday for all of us to meet again in Las Vegas.
If we get to go again, we will play a slot or game table in remembrance of your mother.
Please let me know if you need anything. And I do mean that. You have been there for me when I needed someone, I want to be there for you.
I hope to see you tomorrow at the funeral home.
Your friend and coworker,
Donna

We shall always remember Virginia's bright and friendly smile whenever we met at Sharon Woods Senior Village. Because of Ruth's health we moved from there over 2 years ago. I (Bernie) enjoyed so much playing euchre with Virginia. No matter her luck she was always happy just to be playing and being with friends. Surely she now is much happier in the Lord's glorious place where he has prepared a mansion for her just as He promised. Our love and prayers are with you.

Dear Janice and Phyllis, I am SOOOO SOOOO sorry to hear about my dear Comare Virginia. I would not have known but Colleen just e-mailed me and at least that gives me this opportunity to tell you both I love you very, very much and miss you very, very much.
I know you grieve at this moment BUT I am comforted when I think about all of my dear relatives and friends many of whom are related to you too. Somehow I think of them as being together in heaven, probably playing cards, or perhaps at a wonderful picnic together reminiscing about our wonderful lives and just how close we all were.
I will always remember my Godparents Compare and Comare Marion and Virginia and memories of my life will always have them included.
If there is anything I might do for you guys or if you just want to talk or maybe come visit simply e-mail me here at louis_asmo@yahoo.com or call my cell still with the Columbus area code at 614-404-5677.
I have a lovely country club townhouse in Las Vegas with a spare bedroom and bathroom and I would welcome either or both of you anytime for a visit as long as you want to stay including limousine pick-up at McCarren Airport whenever you say.
May God bless Comare Virginia and continue to bless Janice and Phyllis as well.
Sincerely,
your dear friend who always thought of you two as relatives,

Dear Janice,
It has been so very many years since I have seen you, but I do remember your mom dearly from when we were at St. Augustine. I lost my Mom and Dad in 1993 and 1994 (6 months apart) and between those 2 deaths, my husband and I both had cancer and 13 years later, we are still surviving together. :)
I still grieve both of my parents loss, as it is such a strong love to lose, you know, that no one loves you as your Mom and Dad do, and no matter how sick they are it tough to say good-bye. You now have 2 angels sitting next to my Mom and Dad at Our Dear Lord's right and left hand watching over you and your family.
52 years later,
Patty Suttner Laakso
