Obituary

Twila Margaret Elder, age 92, passed away on Monday March 12, 2012. She was a longtime member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, where she also belonged to the women's club. Twila retired from Big Bear after 20+ years of dedicated service and volunteered for several civic organizations in the Grandview area. She loved all animals, especially dogs. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Thomas. Twila is survived by her children; Tom (Sharon), Tim (Beverlee), Jack (Liz), Peg (Bill) Crossin, grandchildren; Traci (Craig) Tomor, Mike Elder, Laura Elder, Monty (Robin) Wolfe, Stacee (Ed) Bailey, Darcee (Ron) Porter, Corina Elder, Chad (Heather) Wolfe, TJ Elder, Heather Elder, John (Ellie Westrich) Elder, Katie (Harrison) Epps, Bill (Hannah) Crossin, Tim (Gina) Crossin, and Stephen (Christina) Crossin, numerous great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to all the staff at Crown Pointe Care Center and Tridia Hospice for the wonderful care they provided. Friends may call WEDNESDAY March 14, 2012 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:45 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM on THURSDAY March 15 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue, Rev. Msgr. John K. Cody, Presider. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow at the Resurrection Cemetery, 9571 North High Street, Lewis Center, Ohio.
