Dad, I can't thank you enough for always being there for me over the years and the relationship you've had with Bailey. You taught me how to be a man, a friend, a husband, and most importantly a father. I will never forget all the sacrifices you made just to provide us with the best. Although this is so hard to swallow, I am very proud of the man you were and the way you lived your life. You always taught me to be better than the best and I will carry you with me forever. I love you, Dad, and I will never ever let you down. Love, Chad

Tom always had a soft spot in my heart. I will always remember the fun we had picking on each other, me singing to him and John, playing a good game of darts, watching a good game of football and me trying to smash my wedding cake in his face as he ran away from me at my wedding where he was the best man. Tom was truly a good man, father and friend. I will miss him dearly.

Tom was a great man and friend. I will always cherish our friendship and the great times we had together. He was always fun to hang out or just to shoot the breeze with. Watching the Buckeyes play will never be the same without him. He had a gift of encouragement and always had an open honest heart. He was an awesome man to have as a friend. His wisdom, humor, quick wit and great attitude will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Tom may have parted with us for now but his legacy lives on through Scott, TJ, Chad and family. I love Tom like a brother and will deeply miss him but I will not ever forget him. Scott, TJ and Chad, my heart and prayers are with you and your family. May all of you find strength and peace through this very difficult time.

I met Tom at the Worthington Moose and there was never a time when he didnt say hello or ask how I was. We often spent time outside on the Moose patio and chatted. He was such a nice man with a kind heart. It is so sad that our time with him here is over but I hope he teaches the angels about the buckeyes! With Deepest Sympathy, Kim Hurley
