Obituary

Susan (Van Liew) Campbell, age 66, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2010. She is preceded in death by her parents, Allan and Helen Van Liew; siblings Robert, Joe and Sally Van Liew; granddaughter, Ellen Brigid Campbell; and brothers-in-law, Ned Reeb and Billy Omey. Susan is survived by her husband of 44 years, Tom; children, Ann (John) Keating, June Hetman, Katie (Chris) Emswiler, Liz (Paul) Koehler and Tom Campbell, Jr.; twelve grandchildren, Ashley Hetman; Jake, Nick, Leo and Owen Keating; Emma, Isabel, Sam and Tom Koehler; and Amy, Anna, and Abby Emswiler; siblings, Jean (Gary) Foster, MaryAnn Reeb, Patricia (Chuck) Huth, Carol (Tom) Braford, Nancy Omey, Mike Van Liew, Bill Van Liew and Kathy (Larry) Roberts; in-laws, Mike Campbell and Mary Jo (Paul) Ritzenthaler; and many nephews and nieces. Susan's family would like to express their gratitude to the caring staff at the Forum at Knightsbridge. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., Thursday at THE JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. Fifth Avenue. Memorial Mass 10:00 a.m., Friday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1559 Roxbury Road. Rev. Msgr. Romano Ciotola, Presider with the Rev. Fr. James T. Smith as Homilist. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Susan's memory to the Alzheimer's Research Fund, c/o Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 3380 Tremont Road, Columbus, OH 43221.
