Dear Diana and family,
Michael and I express deepest sympathy to all of you during this time of sorrow. I have wonderful memories of your mother from the days when I used to see her at Watterson. She always was so kind to everyone, and so devoted to her family. May your own cherished memories comfort you in the difficult days ahead, and know that you and your family are in our prayers.

Dear Diana,
I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. She was a fabulous woman. You may not believe this, but I was just thinking about her this morning and something she had said to me when I was at your house for a party so many years ago when we were in high school. She made an impression on people that was not easily forgotten. Please accept my sincere sympathy for you and all your family.
Peace,
Mary Barbara

Dear Diana,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom, Stella. She was such a fun loving lady! I remember meeting her at your home my freshman year of high school. She was very kind and gracious to me. I also remember her dropping you off in front of Watterson. Isn't it funny what we remember? I know that she is in heaven with Johnny and your Dad. My deepest sympathy to you for your tremendous loss. Find comfort in knowing that others really loved your Mom. You are lucky to have had her in your life for so long a time. May she rest in Peace.
