Frank, we just want to offer our deepest sympathy. Rocky was always a special person to me. He was one of the first to put up with me at Chesrown when they hired me as a carwash boy. I as always John Denver to him, I am not sure he ever called me Dave. He will sure be missed. Frank, you and your family will be our prayers.

I FIRST MET ROCKY IN THE MID 1970'S WHEN I STARTED WORK AT WHAT WAS THEN CHESROWN OLDSMOBLE. HE WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL TO ME AND I REMEMBER BORROWING HIS ANGLED HOGRING PLIERS SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR UPHOLSTERY ON A USED CAR I WAS PREPAIRING FOR SALE.

I LAST SAW ROCKY ABOUT 4 OR 5 YEARS AGO WHEN I STOPPED IN AT CHESROWN AND FOUND HIM SITTING IN A CHAIR IN THE OLD SERVICE WRITE UP AREA. WE MUST HAVE TALKED 45 MINUTES OR SO.

I REMEMBER A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR HIM AT BOB HUMPHREY'S HOUSE WHERE HE GOT A RIGED PIPE TAP AND DIE SET. HE WAS SO PROUD OF THAT.

I DO NOT KNOW A HARDER WORKER THAN ROCKY AND HE COULD DO OR MAKE JUST ABOUT ANYTHING.

MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY AND I HOPE TO MAKE IT TO THE MEMORIAL SERVICE TO SHARE AND HEAR MORE STORIES ABOUT A TRUE FRIEND.
