Richard Allen Ortman, 77, passed away on Tuesday April 13, 2021 at his residence. Retired from AT & T; preceded in death by parents, Fremont and Margaret (Gianini) Ortman; brothers, Gary and David. Survived by wife, Jo Ann; children, Tina and Stephen (Tammy); grandchilden, Hayden (Alyssa), Holly (Avery) and Dominic; great-grandchildren, Kaison and Arleigh; niece and nephews, Jean, Joey and Anthony. Visitation 10-11 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI Funeral Home, 1177 West Fifth Avenue. Graveside service to follow at 11:45 a.m., in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Richard to American Heart Association. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.

I am so sorry for the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. As you share your stories there will be tears and laughter. Hold those stories close to your heart. I am so blessed to have been a part of Dick’s extended family. I enjoyed our family gatherings and always appreciated Dick’s kindness.
