A tribute to a Father and a Husband.
Dad,
you loved us unconditionally. You worked for us tirelessly. You provided for all our needs. You put us through college and built us a wonderful home. Your work ethic was immeasurable. Your honesty unmatched. You never met a stranger. You always made everyone feel special. Once someone met you, they never forgot you, ever. You touched all of our lives with your kindness. You were a generous man, whatever you had you would graciously share. You were a good friend to many. When the love is great, the hurt and the loss feels even greater. You will be dearly missed here on earth because of all the great love that is felt for you, But you are in a better place now. no more of the pain and suffering you endured for much of your life. You hardly complained when you think about how many battles you fought each and every day just to stay with us for as long as you did. You were a strong man and tough fighter. You set a great example for us and taught us many of the important lessons in life, regarding hard work, drive, determination and most of all integrity. Today you are in heaven with Jesus your Savior and the rest of your brothers, sisters, mom and dad. I am sure it is a day of great celebration there and probably a great deal of arguing. You made it no secret how very proud of us you were to anyone who would listen. I can only hope you knew just how very proud we are of you. You gave us a wonderful life and many great memories to celebrate. Thank you. We love you dad.
