Paul "P.J." Kemmerer, IV, age 21, died suddenly on Sunday August 12, 2007 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. Sales representative for Blackburn Chimney Sweep. Graduate of Grandview Heights High School and avid basketball player. "P.J." was a free spirit and kind soul who was loved by everyone who knew him. He will be forever in our hearts and truly missed by all. Preceded in death by brother, David Lucas; grandparents, Theresa and Paul Kemmerer; great grandmother, Margaret Kemmerer; grandmother, Kitty Kirby; great grandmother, Lillie Chancey; uncle, David Ford; cousin, Teresa Rutherford. Survived by mother, Elly Ford; father, Paul Kemmerer; sister, Jamie Kemmerer; grandfather, David (Janiece) Ford; niece, Promyse Streater; uncles, Jay (Mary) Mesi, Rocco (Kim) Morone, Chuck (Mary) Bahlinger; aunt, Liz Urban; Godparents, Don (Kelley) Heffernan; cousin, Erica (Jimmy) Stilson and many other family members. PJ was such a sweet and loving young man and an awsome friend. He would do anything for anyone and never ask for anything in return. You don't find that very often anymore. He will be greatly missed.

You are in our thoughts and prayers...PJ was a wonderful man, and a great friend, one I could look up too. I remember going to your house so andy could work on his race car, and PJ would have to watch over me, and ever since then he has, he was always there to talk to, and could always bring a smile to your face. He will be greatly missed.

Paul, Elly and all - It was with great sadness that I read about P.J. in the paper. Even though it has been years since I saw him and everyone, I can remember him as a young toddler with lots of energy and a seemingly lust for life. God bless you all. My prayers are with you all. in your time of loss. I'm so sorry to hear of his sudden passing. the First time i met P.J. He was very sweet and kind to me in the workplace. I remember taking him to subway on break he made me laugh because of the things he would say and I also remember working with him on a saturday and he came in a litlle later and gave me a big hug with a smile on his face and that brightened my day so I will always remember P.J. for his kindness and loving ways

PJ was in every aspect of my life. He was my best friend, my employee, and I thought of him as my little brother over the last several years. He was at my home every day after work and I will always feel him with me. Happy (Belated) Birthday! I didn't realize we could still write on here. We all miss you, especially my brother. We went out Friday night together & he made me do a shot of Hennesey for you!
