My heart goes out to all of you as you grieve the loss of such a courageous person. I went to high school at Ready with Mary Ann and know that she will be sorely missed. I remember her as being friendly and warm and always positive. I did not keep in touch with her after high school but heard of her struggles through her cousin Teresa Carpenter.
You will be in my prayers and remember that you are not alone in your grief.
My best,

As a girl I looked up to Mary Ann for her sense of play and adventure. I loved her red hair, her tough humor and her ability to laugh loudly and with joy at life's roughest hurdles. As an adult, my childhood fancies transformed to admiration as I heard stories of her battle with cancer and her tenacity and strength. Mary Ann was one tough cookie who showed this "young girl" what a strong women who stands on her own feet looks like. For her independent spirit, her friendship with my mother and for her enduring smile, I will be forever thankful. I am grateful to have had you in my life. — Andrea (Jane Trask's daughter)

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to each and every one of you as you mourn for Mary Ann. I didn't know her personally, but through my friend and coworker Colleen Thompson I have heard a lot about Mary Ann.
You all will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
