I am sending this message to survivers of the Colombini family because I wanted them to know how special some of them were in my life. Art & Martha took me to Mass with them at St. Aloysious when I was a child. My single mother was not Catholic, but sent me with them to help me learn to be a good person. They did a good job. I am a catechist at St. Brendan's now. I married a Catholic, we're still married, and raised our children & grandchildren in the Catholic Faith. I am sorry for the loss of Marion. I never knew what happened to Martha & Art after I grew-up and moved away. But they were at my wedding. I owe your family so much. Thank you for reading this and I will always pray for your family because they loved a little girl like she was their own and taught her to love God and the true meaning of what Jesus said about saving even just one of his children. The kingdom of Heaven belongs to them and the Colombini family.
In Christ,
Wendy Gleich
