Maddalena (D'Amico) Buzzelli, age 103, died August 30, 2008, in Carmel, Indiana. One of five daughters born in Castel di Sangro, Italy, to Luigi and Filomena D'Amico. Maddalena lived in Columbus, Ohio, for 84 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, James V. Buzzelli; sisters, Michelina Dascenzo, Angelina Scono, Maria Ditommaso and Elvira Fabrizo; daughters, Inez Kitsos and Gilda McIntyre. Survived by her daughter, Virginia Coffey, her son, James J.(Marcy) Buzzelli of Carmel, Indiana, her son-in-law Alex Kitsos, her grandchildren, Alexis Friley, Lisa Hofmeister, James Raymond Buzzelli, Karen(Brian)Barnes; special nieces, Leda(Claudio)DiIOrio and Alida Breen; special nephews, Luigi(Frances)DiTommaso, John and Robert Procario; and four great-grandchildren. Friends may call THURSDAY, September 4, 2008 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. Fifth Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM.
