TO THE FAMILY OF LUIS, BOY WHERE DO I BEGIN. HIS LITTLE PICTURE SAYS IT ALL. A FACE OF A TRUE LITTLE ANGEL. THESE ARE VERY HARD TIMES FOR US ALL. TO LOSE SOMEONE SO SPECIAL AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE. HE IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE CUTEST AND SWEETEST LITTLE BOYS I HAVE EVER KNOWN. I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR OF LUIS'S PASSING. THIS IS A TRUE TRAGEDY. WE ALL KNOW ALL TO WELL ABOUT LOVED ONES PASSING BUT NOONE SHOULD HAVE TO EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THE PAIN SUCH AS THIS. TO JOY AND JENNY YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS BE THERE FOR EACHOTHER AND KNOW THAT IN YOUR HEARTS LUIS IS THERE WITH YOU AS WELL. NEVER LET GO OF THAT. I LOVE YOU BOTH AND GOD BLESS.

There are no words to express how deeply sorry Amanda and I are to hear of the loss of your beatiful boy Luis. I remember seeing you both at the hospital and thinking of how happy you looked Joy. Then when we brought him home and you rocked and rocked him and held him all the time. Everytime I came to visit, there was Luis, in your arms! What a lucky boy to have such a strong bond with his mother.
One day last summer Amanda and I saw Jen and Luis walking together down NW Blvd. I commented to Amanda how happy they both looked and how great it was that Luis has such a "cool" big sister, willing to spend lots of time with him!
Every time I saw Luis he was smiling and happy. He obviously knew he was loved. I hope you can all take comfort in that.

I have just learned of young Luis' passing from Luis's cousin Tonya Davis. She is one of my third quarter PE students. She shared her families loss of Luis on January 4th in an assignment I have all of my students do.
On behalf of the entire staff at ECOT I want to extend our condolences to all of you. As the father of four girls I can imagine the pain and emptiness you all must be feeling in the loss of such a beautiful little boy. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
