Mr. Massinople,
I was saddened to read about Mrs. Massinople's passing and want to offer my sympathy. I was thankful that she passed away at home with her family. She lived a gentle life; it is appropriate that she entered Heaven peacefully.
Mrs. Massinople was as thoughtful and gentle as anyone I knew in my childhood. I always admired her and will never forget the many kindnesses she showed to us throughout the years. My life was enriched by knowing her and by spending time in your home. Most important, however, is how much I appreciate her friendship with my Mother. Although my Mother has lost her precious memories of her friend, Lillian, I carry them for her with me.
Please know that you and your family have our deepest sympathy.
Fondly,
Jane Mainella Myers
P. S. Please tell Lilli that I would love to hear from her.

Dear Rita,
Remember back to the late 70's at WVU in dental hygiene? I see where you are married! Children?
I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. My Mom played golf with your Mom at one time at the Pines CC. You and your family are in our prayers.
Please drop me a note later on when you have the time. I'd LOVE to hear from you and we could catch up with each other.

I am so sorry to hear of Lillian's death. I will always remember the gracious, poised, woman I knew as a young child in Fairmont. I am happy that I got to see Lillian again at Mary's 50th birthday party. I remember her smile at the party and at the breakfast the day after.
Thinking of all of you at this difficult time.
