Obituary
Lena F. Del Col, age 82, passed away peacefully on Mother's Day and went into the loving arms of her beloved husband of 55 years, Frank. Lena was a wonderful wife and mother, whose family always came first. Her grandchildren were the spark in her eyes and her little babies always put a smile on Noni V's face. She was a member of the SFI Auxiliary and a life time member of St. Matthias Catholic Church. Lena is preceded in death by her parents Adelina & Guilio DiPietro, brothers; Ornelio (Diamond), Serio and Jospeh (Velma), sisters; Sienna ( Melvin) Thomas, Mary (Joseph) Susi, and Louise Guzzo. Survived by her children whom she meant so much to: Mark (Barb), DeeDee and Michael (Debbie). Noni to Mitchell (Margaret), Courtney (Brian) Pilkington, Kyle, Francesca and Alexis, who were the loves of her life. Noni V to her great grandchildren, who were so precious to her, Kaden and Emerson Pilkington. Also, surviving Lena are her sister-in-law, Alice DiPietro, Helen Del Col, brother-in-law, Dante Guzzo and her childhood, best friend Rose Pivetta. Friends may call THURSDAY May 17, 2012 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 4:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM on FRIDAY May 18 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1582 Ferris
Road, Rev. Fr. James T. Smith, Presider. FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO GATHER AT THE CHURCH FOR HER FUNERAL MASS. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 South High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Lena to the American Cancer Society, 5555 Frantz Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.
