I was so sorry to hear of Larry's passing.
Larry was someone that I had great respect for. He was a true professional and an outstanding lawyer. I always felt he would do the right thing for Borden, as well as give excellent legal advice.
I enjoyed being an associate of his during the years we worked together.

Would like to have made the services but have relocated out of the Columbus area. Larry was an excellent lawyer and a good friend during my 25 years at Borden. Don't think I ever saw him upset; I always enjoyed working and playing golf with him. I hope that he went peacefully and without pain. His gentle, calming manner was much appreciated and often envied by his frineds and co-workers.
My sincere condolences,
Dean Rothaar

I am very sorry to hear of Larry's death. It is hard to believe that the person I spoke to that day was so close to death. He clearly faced it bravely.
He was a great boss, a great asset for Borden, and I will always remember him.
Best wishes.
Ben

John & Debbie-
I was very sorry to hear that Larry had passed away. I worked with Larry extensively over the years at Borden, tracking litigation and environmental reserves. He was always a pleasure to work with, and he always displayed character and integrity in everything he did.
Larry was very proud of his children and grandchildren. He had numerous family photos in his office, and spoke of you often. I’m sure this will be a great loss for you and your family.
I had hoped to come to the memorial service; however, it corresponds with my dialysis treatment, so I will be unable to attend. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. You can reach me during the day at 225-2030, and evenings at 889-4831.

Marsha:
We are very sorry to hear about your family's loss. Larry was a wonderful man and he will be dearly missed. I remember that the two of you along with the Heckers were the first to make me feel welcome in Assembly 2727.
My husband will be at the Monday services but I will be at home with our son. You and your family are in our prayers.
God Bless.

Dear all,
Please accept my sincerest condolences with your great loss.
I got to know Larry years ago when I used to work in Borden, Inc.'s Treasury department. In those days, every so often there would be a work issue that required me to get Larry's input. Regardless of the issue at hand, and unlike many other people, Larry was always very pleasant, courteous and ready to help. In addition, Larry always had a sense of humor. I didn't know Larry all that well but I think I knew him well enough to know that he will be dearly missed.
Best regards,
