Danilo was a kind and generous man. Always talking of his family and many blessings in life, even as the disease took over. He said his life was in God's hand -- now for eternal peace.

Dear Madeline,
I am sorry for the loss of your father. My mom saw the obituary in the newspaper. Your father was always such a nice man. Always so welcoming to all of us girls when we were in high school. My mom and I were just talking about how much we admired your family. Please send your mother and brothers my condolences. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sometime in the future I would like to hear how you are doing. Please call me whenever you have time 614-425-0508.

I understand that there is little words can say at a time like this to ease your sorrow. However, I want you to know that God's ways are above our ways and His will must be done. My prayer is that you may find assistance in God's word, strength in His presence, comfort in His mercy and peace in His love.
Your Friend in Christ,
Patricia A. Stewart, Patient

We were blessed with having the Polonia family as next door neighbors for nine of the fifteen years we have known them. We have shared meals, quiet evenings on the deck enjoying each other's company, raucous family celebrations and the fellowship of prayer. From the moment we first met this gentle man he seemed to say, "This is my home, be welcome in it. This is my heritage, celebrate it with me. This is my religion, this is who I am. This is my heart and soul, my family, be a part of it." I don't think he ever knew the many lessons we learned just by being in his company.
St. Francis De Sales said:
"Nothing is a strong as gentleness.
Nothing is as gentle as real strength."
