Obituary
Giovanni "John" Angelo Francescon, age 81, passed away on Thursday December 17, 2009 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born in Cavasso Nuovo, Italy. Graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. He is preceded in death by first wife Norma; parents Osvaldo and Isolina Francescon. John is survived by wife Beverly, daughters, Maria, Lisa and Lori; sons John (Lori), Tom (Dawn), Mark (Diane), Anthony (Kim), Matthew (Lori), Errick (Cindy) Engert, Mark (Denise) Engert; cousin Regina (Carl) Carlson and relatives in Italy and 19 loving grandchildren. Friends may call MONDAY December 21, 2009 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 4:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM on TUESDAY December 22, 2009 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1582 Ferris Road, Rev. Fr. James T. Smith, Presider. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow at the Resurrection Cemetery, 9571 North High Street, Lewis Center, Ohio. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.
