Dear Pingue's,

We are so sorry to hear about your mom. I remember her fondly even though we didn't spend much time together over the years. She had a good sense of humor, seemed to love life and I know she loved you all. You were all very fortunate to have had her as your mom. God bless you all. We're thinking about you at this very sad time.

My deepest sympathy to all of you on the passing of your dear mother.

I'm not sure if you remember me, but your dad and my father Elermo were 1st cousins. We were from upstate NY, and had met you all several times at weddings in Canada, and your Dad had visited us several times in NY on hunting trips, along with your uncles Felix, Mario, Sabatino and Franco.

Even though I only met Joanna several times, I recall her being a most kind and gentle woman, always with a smile. It saddens me that she died so young.

I will keep Joanna and all of you in my prayers. Please also say hi to your dad for me.

Kind Regards,
