Obituary

Jane Elisabeth Pultz(Fox) passed away on June 25, 2011 at Riverside Methodist Hospital with family at her side. Jane received her R.N from the Mt.Carmel School of Nursing and earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University. She was a life-time member of The Women's Service Board at Grant Hospital; St. Andrew Women's Club; and a member of Nu Sigma Nu Wives Fraternity. Jane was born in Lancaster, OH to the late Kathryn O'Hara and Edward J. Fox. She is also preceded in death by her beloved son-in-law Ronald Huck, brothers, Dr. Thomas E. (Tena) Fox, Edward Fox, sisters, Helen (Paul) Macklin, Rose Marie (Lawrence) Burch, Genevieve (Worth) Miller; brother-in-law Dr. John M. Brennan; sister-in-law Ruth Wiegel Pultz, niece Nancy Ann Macklin, nephew, Dr. Jeffery David Miller and cousin Dr. Edward Brandabur. Jane is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Dr. Andrew J. Pultz, children, Mary Pultz Huck of Upper Arlington; John (Shelley) Pultz of Delaware; Patricia (Thomas) Vandewalle of Worthington; Dr. Andrew J. (Vanessa) Pultz, Jr. of Blacklick; Michael (Cathy) Pultz of Upper Arlington; and Dr. Joseph (Linda) Pultz of Orange, CT, loving grandchildren, whom she was most proud, Michael Thomas Vandewalle of Houston, TX; James Andrew Vandewalle of West Lafayette, IN; Maria Jane Pultz, Lisa Kathryn Pultz of Columbus, Christina Nicole Pultz, Andrea Ciara Pultz of Blacklick, Jane Marie Pultz, Nancy Elizabeth Pultz, David Andrew Pultz of Upper Arlington, Sarah Lucinda Pultz of Orange, CT, her very loving sisters, Ann Fox, Kathryn Fox Brennan of Upper Arlington, Marilyn Fox Webster of Columbus; loving niece Mary Ann Webster of Columbus; beloved brother-in-law Anthony Benjamin (Rose Mary) Pultz of Hot Springs, AR, loving sister-in-law Pauline Rita (Andrea) Urso of Huron, OH and all of their loving children; 35 nieces & nephews and numerous cousins including the most Rev. Father Paul Konkler of Vina, CA; Dr. Joseph Hubert Brandabur, Hamilton, OH; Dr. John Joseph Brandabur of Madison, WI and James Francis Brandabur, J.D. of Springboro, OH. Friends may call WEDNESDAY June 29, 2011 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Rosary at 5:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 PM on THURSDAY June 30 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1899 McCoy Road, Rev. Fr. Michael B. Watson, Presider. FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT THE CHURCH FOR HER FUNERAL MASS. Entombment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio.
