Jim was a great friend and co-worker at LEP. We both had the oportunity to work with him. He treated people with respect and really cared about them, that is why he gained so many friends working at LEP.
When we first met Jim he was a little over bearing and we were not sure how to take him, but once we got to know him, there wasn't a nicer guy than JIM!

I'm so sorry to hear about Jim. He was a good man and a great supervisor. There was never a dull moment with him around, always so full of life. I always liked hearing his stories. One morning at work my boyfriend was late picking me up because of an accident on the highway and he told me that if he knew that I had been setting there all that time he would have let me use his car to get home. I thought that was the nicest thing anyone could have done. I thanked him and said that it was alright, he said that was the least he could do. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was the funniest and nicest person you could have ever met. We are all lucky to have known him. He is definitly missed. Take care.

Sincerely,
Regina Brunton, former LEP employee

So sorry for your loss. I was fortunate to know and work with him at Lancaster Electro-Plating. He was a wonderful foreman and person, he made that miserable place much better. He was always friendly and helpful. He was so cheerful and loved cracking jokes. I certainly enjoyed working for him and knowing him.

This email is to the Geramita Family.

On behalf of my brother and sister and I ,I would like to express our heartfelt sadness and deepest sympathy on the passing of Jim Geramita.
We really did not know Jim personally but we knew his father Jim Senior. Jimmy and our sister Shirley Caravella were companions until Jimmy got sick and could no longer visit her.
He was very good to our sister and was a very sweet man. He loved his family. Even after Shirley got sick and went to the nursing home he would visit her almost everyday and bring her little gifts. We really appreciated how he treated Shirley as she had had a bad life up until she met him.
Surely his son was as nice a person as he was. Sam is my sister Dorothy's mailman and he was kind enough to stop and tell her when Jimmy went to the nursing home.
Again we are sorry for your loss and what ever took the life of Jim at such a young age. Hopefully he is reunited with his mother and father now and at peace.
Take Care,
Sincerely,
Evelyn Bowers, Dorothy Mangieri, And George Evans (Brother and Sisters of Shirley Caravella)
