Obituary
Jack Robert Compson, age 58, passed away on Saturday, January 28th, 2006 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. A graduate of South High School, Class of 1965. Proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War as a Navy Seal. Attended the Franklin University. Formerly employed with Toledo Scale as the Training Supervisor and was currently working as a supervisor at the AMVETS Post 89 Career Center. Jack was an avid musician playing numerous instruments. A member of the National Association for Amateur Radio, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the AMVETS Post 89. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert & Geraldine and father-in-law Ralph. Survived by his loving wife Deb, sons Jon(Kari) and Jay(Kelley), mother of his children Nancy, grandchildren Konner, Cameron and Avery, sister Connie(Jack)Flovin and numerous nieces, nephews, cousin and friends. Friends may call Tuesday, January 31st, 2006 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with AMVETS Post 89 service at 7:45 PM. Graveside Service will be held 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 1st, 2006 at St. Joseph Cemetery 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT THE CEMETERY. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Jack to the AMVETS Post 89, 3505 Westerville Road, Columbus. Ohio 43224. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.

We were so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. Although we haven't visited with Jack in a long time, we have many fond memories of being together years ago. Everett felt especially close to Jack and talks of him often. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
