Obituary
Erma D. (Rogers) Jerome, age 103, passed away on Saturday June 13, 2015 at Kobacker House. Member of S.F.I. Auxiliary, Amici D'Oro and the Whetstone Senior Center; former member of the Meloniers, Amici D'Oro, Friends Club, Janis Center for Senior Citizens, Woodward Park Seniors, St. James the Less Women's Club and St. Anne's Guild 20. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Grace (Falcone) Rogers; brothers, Michael, Phillip and Danny (Freda); sisters, Mary Figilio and Mamie (Bob) Drumm; beloved husband, Conzy; and daughter, Patricia Rose. Survived by grandchildren, Melanie (Gregory) Billhardt, Stacie (Lori Patzer) Rose and Tracie (Charae Foust) Rose; great-grandchildren, GiGi Billhardt, Emerson Rose Foust and Hudson Rose Foust. Friends may call on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 3:00-7:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 3:30 PM. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM on Friday, June 19, 2015 at St. James the Less Catholic Church, 1652 Oakland Park Avenue, Columbus, with Rev. Fr. Clarence Williams, C.Pp.S., as the Presider. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to the James Cancer Hospital Development Fund, PO Box 183112, Columbus (43218). You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss my bingo buddy more than you know. We had a long visit just before I left for the island and she told me to have great time in paradise as she has been here before. Little did I know that she would be enjoying paradise as well. She was a super lady and she deserves the peace and rest that assured to her by her creator. Even though she is not with us in person, her spirit will live on with those who loved her forever. Sorry I cannot be there in person but I too will be there in spirit. GARY
