Obituary
Emilio DiCristofaro, age 73, passed away on Sunday, February 19th, 2006 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Emilio was born in Italy and came to the United States in 1960. He worked for many years and retired as a cement mason. Emilio is dearly loved and will be eternally missed by all, especially his family. He is preceded in death by his parents Mauro & Marietta and infant daughter Lisa. Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 44 years, Josephine, daughter Bruna(Kurt)Schmidt, granddaughter Sofia, brothers Nicola(Gina) of NJ, Roberto(Giulia) of Italy, sisters Francesca(Luigi)Rossi and Delia(Luciano)Ciarlante also of Italy, very close dear friends Tarquinio, Sestino, Alietta and Giuseppe and their families of PA and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call Thursday, February 23rd, 2006 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM on Friday, February 24th, 2006 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1559 Roxbury Road, Columbus, Ohio Msgr. Romano Ciotola Celebrant. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 South High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.

We in the last hour just heard of Emilio's death and are so disheartened.
We are neighbors on Parkleigh Road.
As we walk each morning, Emilio and we
would always talk. We helped him one
morning with his garage door; he, in
turn, gave us tomatoes each summer.
What a kind, thoughtful man -- a real
loss to our neighborhood.
