Obituary
Edna "Jane" Perrotta, age 88, died on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Carriage Court of Hilliard surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Columbus (The Hilltop) in 1924. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tony; parents, Howard Ferrel and Edna Ferrel-Helm and Jacob Helm; sister, Laura Mae Agriesti; and special aunt, Mattie (Ed) McPherson. She is survived by her children, Lora (Tom) McGinnis, Marsha (Tom) Neal, Rita (Jerry) Righter, and Frank (Jackie) Perrotta; stepchildren, Sandy (Steve) Thomas and Tony (Marilou) Perrotta; also, 17 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Ida (Alfred) Capuano and Sylvia (Erwin) Voit; and many nieces and nephews. Jane along with her husband, Tony, co-founded Perrotta's Marble Shop, Inc., and the two of them during their marriage enjoyed dancing and swimming. Jane, a graduate of West High School, was especially proud of having been a supervisor with Prudential Insurance early in life and later, owner of "The Clean Ups," doing wallpapering and painting. Jane's family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, from 4-8 p.m., at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. Fifth Avenue, Columbus. A Prayer Service honoring her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel (within the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High Street, Lockboune, Ohio), with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Procession to leave the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.

So sorry to hear of Jane's passing. As the musician at Milano's restaurant for many years, I became good friends with Jane and Tony. They brought fun and good times with them always. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this sad time.

Charles and I are happy to have had the pleasure of getting to know and visit with your Mom while she stayed with Lora and Tom. She was always friendly whenever I stopped by. I too will miss her warm smile. Know that although she isn't with us physically, her presence is all around you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.
