Dear Jim,
I'm sorry to hear of your Dad's death. I remember seeing your Dad about my eyes while we were in high school---however long ago that was. I liked him and can still remember his kindness and humor.
My good friend Bernadine Bauman is one of your patients now and sure will be happy when you clear her to get behind the wheel again. . .extremely independant type.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
Your old friend,
Dan.

Judy.

Thanks so much to keep me update even so in situations like this. I’m really sorry. Everyone said that Dr. Jacob was a good man. Unfortunately I have had only one opportunity to meet him in his house in 1997 thanks my first cousin Janet (that lives in Springfield-Ohio) that introduces me. (I sent to her a copy of your e-mail) He is my first cousin and always remember all he said chiefly the first’s words: “You look like a baby”. Because my Dad was the younger of his brother and consequentially I’m younger than him.

Please give our condolences to his wife Florence and his sons Jim (Cindy), Robert (Gayle), James (Cynthia). John (Rose). Michael, Charles (Ann) and daughter, Mary Ann (drew), grandchildren and all his relatives.

God is perfect. Everything did by him is perfect too. Didn’t can be different with the death. We need to understand that we’re small and unable to understand true like this.

Our pray and thoughts will stay with them all time,

Jorge
