I am sending you my regrets and sympathy, on the death of my cousin Dave. He was much too young to die. I never knew him well at all but I knew how much he was loved by his family. It is very sad to me that one more person from our family has left us.
I wish I could be there with you all.

I want to express my heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Although I have not seen you or talked to you all in a long time, I have many great memories of Dave and your whole family from our high school years. I always loved how funny Dave was and how much he loved all of you. I still remember how much Patty and Dave loved to have fun, always joking and laughing. My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.
