We will miss Clarie very much. She was such a strong, but quietly elegant lady. I'll always be grateful that she opened her home to my family as we were growing up. She was also a profound influence on us. Our hearts go out to you.

Our deepest sympathies to our family in Ohio, Florida, New England, North Carolina and elsewhere. As anyone who knew her already knows, Marmie was a sweet and elegant woman who was graceful even when her health was failing. We are so grateful that we were able to have a nice visit with her last June... My grandmother often said that she (Betty) and her brothers Bob and Andrew were certainly no angels, but they each managed to marry one. I do not know if Marmie would agree, but I can think of a few guys who are with Marmie now who would get a chuckle out of that.

She will be missed.

I visited the funeral home on Thursday afternoon. What a wonderful family that Mrs. Tweed raised. I was a bridesmaid in Molly Tweed's wedding and really enjoyed meeting Claribel and all of Molly's brothers and sisters. It is wonderful that Clara had such a long and happy life.
