Catherine Margaret Rogers, age 87, died on Friday, April 30, 2010, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Member, Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and retired inspector from Adria Labratory. Preceded in death by husband, Frank; parents, Antonio and Lucia (Cuguasto) Benedetto; sisters, Lena Zallanta and Mary Columbro; brothers, Vito and Paul Benedetto; son-in-law, Anthony Stella. Survived by daughters, Dianne (Claude) Springer and Susan (Larry) Stella-Brinkman; grandchildren, Gary (Diane Nardy) Springer, Steve (Archana) Springer, Angela (Mark) Hostettler, Amy (Jeff) O'Neal, Michael (Jennifer) Stella, Nick (Anissa Barkley) Stella; great grandchildren, Andrea, Jordan, Anna and Max Springer; Tabi, Trevor and Palmer O'Neal; Sam and Ava Hostettler; Sophia and Ariana Stella. Sister, Anita (Fausto) Sbrochi; Brother, Al(Joyce) Benedetto; sister-in-law, Ione Benedetto; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. Fifth Avenue, Sunday, May 2, 2010, from 4-8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 3, 2010, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1559 Roxbury Road. Rev. Msgr. I have known Mrs. Rogers since I was five years old. I always called her "Mrs. Rogers". Dianne and I have been friends since the first grade and went to school together at OLV and then on to Bishop Watterson High School where we graduated. We are talking about a 63 year friendship. My husband Michael and I send our condolences to the entire family at this difficult time. I know all the fond memories that we all have of Mr. & Mrs. Rogers will last forever.

Catherine and Frank lived by Tony's Auto repair for many years. They were good friends. Frank would stop by and see Tony often. Our deepest sympathy on the death of Catherine. She was a lovely lady.
