Cherri and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy as well as our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. I have some of the greatest memories of Uncle Carl. He had such a great sense of humor, keen wit, and the most awesome stories. I especially enjoyed our many phone conversations over this past year. He and I shared a true love for the game of golf. I will miss him very much. All of the Harris family sends their love, thoughts, and prayers.

Dear Mrs. Cardi.
I graduated from Aquinas with Carl in the class of 1946 and was stationed in Germany with him during the Korean war. We relived our past at the Aquinas Alumni luncheons up until the last year. I considered him a friend and was very sorry to learn of his passing. Please accept my condolences.
I plan to have a Tradional Mass ( the Mass we grew up with ) at Holy Family Church and will advise you when it is scheduled. In the meantime, may I have one of the memorial cards for Carl ?
Sincerely, Dave Luckhaupt

Rick, Your dad was your best friend for as long as I've known you. I shed a tear listening to you say that today. I always saw him as much more than a father to you. He was there for you when you needed him and you were always there for him when it counted. My prayers to you and all your family in this time of loss. Hope to see you and Bobbi soon when we can share happy memories of your dad.
