Obituary

Arthur J. Bellisari, passed away suddenly March 4th at his home in Boca Raton, FL. Born 8-17-39 in Columbus, Ohio, to Arthur and Marie Bellisari, he lived both in Columbus, Ohio and for the past 33 years in Boca Raton, Florida. His loving wife Mary Beth, his brother Ronnie and his wife Mary Sue along with their children, survives him. His children Andy and wife Michele, Gina and husband Dave, Nettie and husband EJ, Greg and wife Mary, Steve, and Amy also survive him. Art leaves his grandchildren Kerri, Sean, Zac, Kylie, Alle, Madelyn, and baby Maxwell. Art was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was also an ambassador for youth sports in Boca Raton coaching youth football, baseball, and softball. For the past 15 years, he served on the high school coaching staffs of the football and softball teams. He affected the lives of many and was endeared by all for his guidance both on and off the playing fields. If Art wasn't coaching he could be found on the ocean enjoying his love for fishing, or in the fields for his next hunt. Celebration of Life Mass will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday April 29th, 2006 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1550 Roxbury Road, Columbus, Ohio, Msgr. Romano Ciotola, Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Art to the Arthur J. Bellisari Scholarship Fund, in care of Sun Trust Bank, Attn: Special Handling, PO Box 27572, Richmond, VA 23261-7572 designated for a deserving high school scholar athlete.
