Debbie,

John has been in our prayers for a long time. The Lord has called him home, and while that is sad for his family and friends, it is very conforting to him now. I know you have a strong faith and a very loving family that will always keep John in your hearts. He will be missed, but never forgotten. John left a great legacy that will go on.

John's dedication to his family, community and the sport of LAX has always been admired by all of us. His humor, his support of his sons and all their friends, his integrity, his love of family and so much more makes John one of God's children that will be greatly missed by all of us. His courage during his struggle with health is an inspiration. He will forever remain in our prayers and in our hearts.

Very shocked and sad to read about John's passing. I am retired from Delphi. During my working years at GM and Delphi, I was a Quality Supervisor and John worked for me over the years as an inspector. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of John is he was a joy to work with. He always had a smile and was just pleasant to be around. John was a man with many friends. I was fortunate to be one of them.

Debbie and family, please accept my sympathy for your loss, our loss of dear John. John was the optimist in our family and had the most postive energy and always full of fun and laughter and we shall remember this and more. I am pleased that I got to hear from John when he visited Las Vegas recently and I am comforted knowing he will no longer have to suffer the difficult pain from that dreadful disease. I am certain that he will soon be with our other relatives in heaven and that one day we all will be reunited in the herafter. I actually often think about a great Asmo picnic in the herafter with all of us together again forever!!! Debbie, whatever I might do simply contact me or call me at 614-404-5677 and I hope you will soon again come visit in Las Vegas and spend time with laughter and food and memories. May God help through this difficult time. Your cousin, Louis J. Asmo
