Obituary

Mary J. (Mirolo) Agriesti, age 97, passed away on Friday November 12, 2021 at First Community Village. Graduate of Grandview High School 1942. Mary enjoyed working at Our Lady of Victory Fish Fry and Festival. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph L. Agriesti, parents Umberto and Ermellina Mirolo, son-in-law Robert W. Taylor, brothers Gino Mirolo and Amedeo Mirolo, sisters Ann Mirolo and Louise Mirolo. Survived by daughters Susan (Daniel) Summers, Deborah (John) Ross, and Judith (Joseph) Del Tosto; grandchildren Diane Summers, Daniel Summers Jr., Christopher Del Tosto, Matthew Del Tosto; great-granddaughter Rebecca Summers; several nieces and nephews. Mary's family will receive friends on FRIDAY, November 19, 2021 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue from 10-11 a.m.. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday November 19, 2021 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1559 Roxbury Road, Columbus, Ohio. Entombment will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Mary to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1559 Roxbury Road, Columbus, Ohio. So very sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I have many fond memories as a child with the "card club" and then as an adult working with Mary at OLV for the festivals and fish fry's. Love to all. -Susan and Sean

Dear Debbie, Judy and Sue,
I am sorry to hear of Mary's passing and offer you and your families my sincere sympathy. Mary and I met through the OSU Mothers' Club, and I was able to pick her up for lunch sometimes with a few members who participated before the shutdown last year.
