Obituary

Lt. Col. Jesse H. Beitman, age 92, a career pilot for the U. S. Air Force, passed away on Wednesday May 27, 2015. Jesse was also a former member of the Piave Club, Amici D'Oro, American Legion Post 534 and the Retired Officer's Association. He is preceded in death by his wife, Isabella (Masdea) Gentile Beitman. He is survived by his sons, Don (Cay) Gentile of Reno (NV), Joe (Sandy) Gentile of Phoenix (AZ), and Pat (Jacque) Gentile of Cincinnati (OH)); loving grandfather of Dominic, Troyann, Lisa, Andrea, Betsy and Sarah; great-grandfather of six; brother-in-law, Bruno (Louise) Masdea; nieces, Landa (Rick) Brunetto and Margi (Jeff) Baker. His family will receive friends on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 11:00 a.m., until time of service at Noon at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus. Burial with U.S. Military Honors to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Jesse to the Ohio Health Foundation/Kobacker House, POB 600001, Columbus (OH) 43272. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.

Dear family...I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Jesse will be missed by family and friends, but he will not be forgotten by our Heavenly father Jehovah. We often wonder can the dead really live again. Jesus' words found at (John 5:28,29) says that there is going to be a resurrection. This means that Jesse will be given a fresh new start with the prospect of living forever. (Psalms 37:29) I hope this will bring you comfort knowing that you have an opportunity to see him again to share more wonderful times together.
