Obituary

Evelyn Florence Patterson, age 92, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Kobacker House. Evelyn was born on June 19, 1920 to Luigi and Filomena Tiberi. Being the youngest of eight children, she was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dom, Dan and Edward Tiberi; sisters, Laura Paolini, Delta Tiberi, Marcella Glaze and Clara DeSantis. She is survived by her loving husband of 69-years, John Edward Patterson, Sr.; sons, John E. (June) Patterson, Jr., and Edward Patterson; grandchildren, Zachary, Lily, Camille, Nick and Shawn; and her many friends. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, the S.F.I. Auxiliary and the Piava Club. Her family will always cherish her love and especially the Christmas Eve's she so delighted in celebrating. Her family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 5-8 p.m., at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, Columbus. Family and friends are asked to gather at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, for her funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 720 Hamlet Street. Entombment to follow, St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, Lockbourne. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Evelyn to the Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH 43215. John, laws so sorry to see that Evelyn passed away. I am sorry I cannot come to visit her. I am 93 and am not well either. I have many good memories of us in high school, especially the day we hooked school to see Gone with th wind!
