Obituary

Louise J. (Agriesti) Bettac, age 94, died peacefully at her home in Bexley, Ohio, on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. She was born on March 8, 1922 in Columbus, Ohio, of Tiberio and Erminia Agriesti, the oldest of three daughters; her sisters, Rose and Clair preceded her in death. Louise inherited the family priorities of God, Family and Friends. She is an example of how to live a life to the fullest. With her own personal flair, she worked diligently in the fashion industry. She enjoyed her career and the people she came to know immensely. She relished her family and, especially, numerous long-time friends. Her legacy is rich and her accomplishments, over almost a century, cannot be easily illustrated. We are extremely proud of her. She is survived by her two children, Nancy Bettac Barton with her husband Timothy Barton and William Bettac with his wife Mary "Pixie" Bettac; two grandsons, Cole Barton and Joel Barton; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. Fifth Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43212. Her funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at 10 a.m., at Saint Catharine of Siena Catholic Church, 500 South Gould Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43209. For those who wish, donations may be made to St. Catherine Parish in memory of Louise. To share memories or condolences, please visit www.johnquint.com. Procession to form at the Church.
