Reinaldo Miguel Alonso, age 80, passed away on Sunday June 27, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by parents Felix & Estrella, siblings, Felix, Orlando, Estrella and Iraida and his beloved wife Miriam Alonso. Survived by his children Reinaldo (Monica), Miriam (Robert) Bartels, Felix Jose (Melinda) and Roy (Stacy) Alonso, grandchildren, Mary Katherine, Andrew, Amanda, Janzen, Alexa, Camden and Isabel, sisters-in-law, Carmen Alonso, Zuny Alonso, Ninette (Pablo) Falcon, Mirta (Antonio) Carril, Edis Migdalia Rodriguez and Eda Mignolia (Eliseo) Rodriguez. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend grateful appreciation and special thanks to caregivers, Steven, Bruce and Marcella and all the staff at Active Day and Nurse Medical Health Care. Friends may call WEDNESDAY June 30, 2010 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 3:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 1:00 PM on THURSDAY July 1, 2010 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue, Rev. Msgr. John K. Cody, Presider. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow at the Union Cemetery, 3349 Olentangy River Road.
