John M. Richards Sr., age 80, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Kobacker House. Retired from COTA after 30 years of dedicated service and served in the United States Air Force for nine years. Survived by his two sons, John (Theresa) Richards, Jr., and James (Linda) Richards; many other family members and friends. Private family services are being observed.
