Obituary

William Kyle, age 79, passed away on Sunday February 8, 2015. He is preceded in death by his son, William; father, Gordon Kyle; mother, Evelyn (Bessey) McCreery. A self-proclaimed "retired Coke man," he was a devoted husband, loving and kind-hearted father with a caring personality. Bill was an avid Buckeye fan, always with a story or joke to tell and never met a stranger. He was a gentle man of gentlemen, who will be greatly missed by survivors, wife, Dorothy Kyle; son, Doug (Polly) Kyle; daughters, Becky Kyle, Gwen Kyle (Freda), Lisa Kyle and Kim (Craig) Bernardo; grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Sarah, Quinton, Gabriella, Francesca, Leno and Texas; four great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Jean) Kyle; sister, Elizabeth Chapman; aunts, Fran Horton and Mick Bessey; step-children, Clyde, Chris and Jacqueline; many nephews, nieces and cousins. Friends may call on Thursday, February 12, 2015, from 6-8 p.m., at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, Columbus. Graveside Service 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015 at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel (within the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetey) 6440 S. High Street, Lockboune.
