Obituary
Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Ford, age 83, departed this life on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Riverside Methodist Hospital surrounded by her family and friends. She was born July 8, 1931 in San Margherita, one of eleven children, to the late Tomaso and Guglielmina (Lalli) Castorano. She retired from the Savely License Agency after 30 years of service and was a member of St. Matthias Catholic Church. Besides her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Annio (Viola), James (Dorothea), Joseph, John, Anthony (Anna) and Robert "Mickey" Castorano; sister, Mary (Dominic) Musille; and her son, Mark Ford. She is survived by her husband, John C. Ford; sons, John "Chuck" Ford and Ronald (Jennifer) Ford; grandchildren, Sheree, Kyle, Kevin and Kent Ford; sisters, Elsie Pagani, Lilda Lombardi and Anna Jean (Ted) Scott; many close family members and friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, from 4-8 p.m., at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 9, 2014, at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1582 Ferris Road (at Karl). Burial to follow, St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio. Family and friends are asked to gather at the Church for her funeral Mass. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.

Dear john and Family, Thank you so much for Betty's celebration of life video. It was fun to see you and Betty outside of dialysis runs. I really enjoyed the time I spent with you both during our rides to dialysis. I will cherish the talks we had and the time I was fortunate to spend with you. Betty was one of my favorite clients snd I am glad that she does not have to go through any more dialysis. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
