Vincent J. Valentino, age 79, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014. He was born August 30, 1934 to Vincent and Rose Valentino. Vincent, a retired printer grew up in the Columbus neighborhood of Flytown and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He was a member of St. Andrew Parish and lifetime member of Central Ohio Anglers and Hunters Club. Preceded in death by parents, Vincent and Rose Valentino; brothers Charles Valentino and Anthony Valentino. Survived by son, Patrick Valentino; daughter, Diana (James) Coleman; grandchildren James, Laura and Kathleen; brother Dominic (Flora) Valentino; sisters, Angela Morris and Margaret (William) Williams; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus, on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, from 3-7 p.m. concluding with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Private family interment.
