Cindy called me to say you were gone.

A million memories, of growing up together. Inspiring me to proceed to nursing school. Standing by me when Mom died. I stayed with Mary and Randy while I took my board exams in Columbus..

My condolences for your loss. I will remember always Mary's loving and bright spirit. She seemed to weather every storm and sunny day alike with optimism accompanied by a smile or a laugh. Mary welcomed everyone with a sense of kindness and comfort one normally reserves only for loved ones. I am lucky to have known her.

I am very sorry to hear about Mary's passing. I knew Mary thru our many years of tailgating at the Browns home games. She was always so nice and sweet. Although we lost touch over the years, I will miss her.

My condolences in the passing of Mary Elchinger. A relative in Cols sent me her obit. I am wondering if we were related in any way. My father, Leo Elchinger, was from Holgate and graduated from Defiance College. He had a brother, Paul, sisters Anna Marie and Irene. I am 69 yrs old and my sister, Karen, is 71. Our parents were divorced when I was a baby so I do not know much about the Elchinger family. If anyone would like to contact me, I am also on facebook. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.
