Lem G. Stoecker, Jr, 88, formerly of East Peoria, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013, at Kobacker House in Columbus, Oh. Lem is survived by his daughter, Diana (Ron) Stokes, Columbus, Oh; grandsons, Michael (Sonia) Rigel of Glendale, AZ, Anthony Rigel of Delaware, OH, and Darren (Tammy) Rigel of Hilliard, Oh; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Lem was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Stoecker. Memorial Service, Saturday, May 4, 2013, in Peoria, IL.
