Minnie L. Tangi, age 87, passed away peacefully at Emerald Crossings on Friday, April 27, 2012. Graduate of Holy Family High School, Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Holy Family Alumni Association and Confraternity of Christian Mothers and the Ladies Guild. Retired from Motorists Mutual Insurance Company. She is preceded in death by parents Anthony and Rocchina L. Tangi, sisters Erma Martina and Arsilia Tangi, brother-in-law Nicholas Martina, Sr., nephews Daniel J. Cacchio and Nicholas Martina, Jr. aunt Antonette Squeo. Survived by sister Lucy (Daniel) Cacchio, brother James (Sis) Tangi, nieces and nephews Michael (Michelle) Cacchio, Linda (Dan) Jewell, Patricia Martina, Craig Tangi and Carol (Scott) King, great nieces and nephews; Melinda (Dan) Whitney, Mark (Jennay) Cacchio, Matt (Allison) Cacchio, Katie Jewell, Melissa (Justin) Cusick, Joseph (Nikki) Cacchio, Carrie (Rich) Collins, Martina (Mark) Shanley, Brandon Martina and Michael Christie, 9 great great neices and nephews. Friends may call TUESDAY May 1, 2012 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM on WEDNESDAY May 2 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 584 West Board Street, Rev. Msgr. John K. Cody, Presider. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 South High Street.
