Obituary

Mary Lynn (Clifton) Pierce, passed away peacefully at 78 years young on April 30, 2024. She was the first born child to Donald R. And Joybell Clifton. Mary Lynn was a fiery redhead who made many lifelong friends, each of whom she held near and dear to her heart. Mary's pride and joy were her red headed granddaughters, Devon Marie and Fallyn Leigh Stephen and red headed great-grandson, Augustus "Gus" Noland-Stephen. Of course she was most fond of her daughter Lauralynn (Pierce) Stephen, her favorite son-in-law, Troy Stephen, and her daughters from another mother, Teresa and Cynthia Pierce. She was a true trailblazer, cultivating an extremely successful 30+ year business career which saw her living in Colorado, Florida, New York and San Francisco. Mary loved learning and traveling, she was smart and captivating. Mary was always ready to lend a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, and words of wisdom to live by. She was a fierce advocate for animal, human and women's rights throughout her lifetime. Mary will be remembered for her enormous heart, extraordinary strong will and her gorgeous mane of red hair. A private memorial is being held in honor of Mary Lynn. Please consider a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or your favorite animal sanctuary/rescue in her honor.

I am so saddened by the loss of Mary Lynn. We met at work - she was my boss - but became lifelong friends and we were the best travel buddies going too many places to mention. My family and I simply adored her. We send you much love and our sincere condolences.
